Dr. Ernest Azudialu-Obiejesi , Ksc, Fnism, Dba
Dr. Azudialu-Obiejesi, is the Group Managing Director/CEO of the ObiJackson Group, a conglomerate he has grown into a versatile indigenous entity, with interests in various sectors of the economy, including Telecommunications and Power Generation. Nestoil, a member of the ObiJackson Group, is arguably the foremost wholly indigenous EPCC Company in West Africa.
As Group Managing Director, he drives formulation and implementation of policies and strategies for the Group. His deep knowledge of business management, gained from early exposure to commerce, inspired him to establish ObiJackson West Africa Limited in 1983 before diversifying into oil and gas with the birth of Nestoil in 1991.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and an MBA from the University of Benin. In 2009, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His personal ethos of giving back is reflected in his diverse philanthropic undertakings through the ObiJackson Foundation.
He received the ‘ThisDay Newspaper Young Global Champion Award for Excellence and Good Governance’ in 2011. He emerged winner of West African Entrepreneur of the year in the Forbes All Africa Business Leaders Award in 2012. The Nigerian in Diaspora Organisation Americas, Washington DC, named him the Nigerian Business Person of the Year in 2012.
He was a finalist at the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Master Category) and received the Nigerian Advancement Award for ‘Oil and Gas Man of the Year’ in 2013. Dr. Azudialu-Obiejesi, was recognized by the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) with an Industry Achievement Award in 2014, and received The Sun Newspaper ‘Businessman of the Year’ Award in 2015.
Mrs Nnenna-Obiejesi
Mrs. Nnenna Obiejesi serves as a Group Executive Director in Nestoil, Nigeria’s largest indigenous Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Company in the Oil and Gas sector. Trained in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and The London School of Economics Mrs. Obiejesi holds a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International Business Law.
After her call to the Nigerian bar, she worked with Messrs Chike Chigbue & Co. [SAN] and Ike Obiora & Co [Legal Practitioners] where she practiced forensic advocacy under experienced and versatile Principals. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of The United Kingdom, and a Member of The Nigerian Bar Association.
Barrister Nnaji Igwe
During a period of over 15 years, he managed and coordinated the role of a legal adviser with that of Managing the Board meetings of all the companies within the Group as Company Secretary. He also superintended the then growing relationship with numerous financial institutions and handled the Groups Loan portfolio.
He has served in various capacities within the Group including managing its huge supply chain, shipment, procurement, and logistics team.
Chinazo Okoye
Finance professional versed in FP&A, financial modelling and cash flow analysis. Global experience in originating, structuring and closing financial transactions including capital raise, M&A and debt restructuring. I’m a critical thinker, passionate about extracting valuable insights from financial data and an inclusive team leader.
