With a deep commitment to service and professionalism. Ijeoma is passionate about creating systems that foster productivity, accountability, human capital development and continuous improvement. Chukwunonso has almost a decade of dedicated service at the Obijackson Foundation. He joined as an Admin Assistant and has in the past, handled the Soup kitchen where he oversaw the disbursement of Soup kitchen and Homebound food items. Godwin is the head of the unit of the Obijackson Foundation at Ibadan Mercy Home, which is in partnership with Oyo State Ministry of Women Affairs & Social Inclusion, located at the Juvenile correctional institution, Poly/Eleyele Road, Ibadan. He supervises our support interventions at the Home.

Julius Ezugwu (ACG Rtd) hails from Ulunya Ovoko in Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State. Born on October 1, 1964, he earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Vocational Agricultural Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 1987. Upon graduation, he completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Kaduna State. Career in the Nigerian Correctional Service On August 31, 1990, ACG Ezugwu was enlisted into the Nigerian Prisons Service (now Nigerian Correctional Service) as an Assistant Superintendent of Prisons. Over his 34-year career, he rose through the ranks, culminating in his elevation as Assistant Controller General of Corrections. ACG Ezugwu’s unwavering dedication, integrity, and commitment to correctional reforms earned him widespread recognition, culminating in his elevation to Assistant Controller General of Corrections. Notably, his collaboration with the Obijackson Foundation to secure the release through payment of fines and empowerment of many inmates of the Nigerian Correctional Service in Akwa Ibom State. ACG Julius Ezugwu is currently the Coordinator, Youth Rehabilitation and Empowerment Program at Obijackson Foundation.

Wesley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury operations and project coordination. He began his career as a Treasury Officer (2016–2019) and steadily rose through the ranks, serving as Assistant Treasury Manager (2019–2021) and Deputy Treasury Manager (2021–2024), where he played a pivotal role in financial planning, liquidity management, and investment oversight. In 2025, he expanded his scope to public service as the Coordinator of the Keep Okija Clean Project, leading community-driven environmental sustainability initiatives. He is known for his strategic mindset, leadership skills, and commitment to impactful service.
